Eligible for Physically Handicapped, Mentally Retarded, Blind, Deaf & Dumb, Ortho etc., persons.
Category-wise eligibility criteria is as furnished in below table.

In District 50% concession in normal fares upto Deluxe Buses.
In Cities 100% free in City Ordinary Buses only.
Escorts to the Blind and Mentally Retarded are also allowed when accompanying the disabled.
Software for Assessment of Disabled for Access Rehabilitation and Empowerment (SADAREM) Certificate issued by the Government of Telangana to be enclosed.
Validity period – 1 year.
Applicant shall apply at bus pass counter.
